Marilyn Carol (Hertel) Overcast, 77, of Cypress, passed away on Monday, April 4, 2022.
Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 at 4 p.m. at Fountain Pointe at Mia Bella, 22404 Mueschke Road, Tomball.
Born on Sept. 27, 1944 at Schulenburg, she was the daughter of Ewald and Agnes (Pauler) Hertel. On Aug. 4, 1975, she married Jack L. Overcast at Las Vegas, Nevada. She was retired from Chrysler Credit Corporation as office manager after 34 years of employment.
She is survived by her husband; daughter, Cindy Bryant of Cypress; grandsons,
Caleb Hymel of Cypress and Dylan Downey of Pearland; son and daughter-in-law, Paul and Meredith Overcast of Cypress and Tomball; granddaughter, Matia Overcast of Tomball; son and daughter-in-law, Russell and Stacey Overcast of Cypress; and granddaughters, Riley Overcast of Cypress and Reagan Overcast.
Preceding her in death were her parents; paternal and maternal grandparents; grandson, Jack Thomas Overcast; and many aunts and uncles.
