A local group of friends got together to try out the old tradition of strudel-making on April 22. Barbara Brown and Suzette Surman purchased a “Hands-On Apple Strudel Making/Baking Class” donated by Shirley Schoener, Dale Schmidt and Ginger Bosl at the 2022 Parents As Teachers (PAT) annual fundraiser in February.
They graciously invited Diana Chafin and Phyllis Venghaus to join in the fun.
