The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service and Texas Parks & Wildlife Department will present an educational series entitled “Field to Fork” that has been developed and designed to enhance a person's experience from the outdoors to the table.
This multi-county hunting and fishing endeavor is being hosted by Austin, Colorado, Fayette and Washington counties.
The four-part series will focus on harvesting, field dressing, processing and safe food handling while preparing wild game for the table.
