As of Dec. 9, total intake at the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter stood at 1,343 – 636 dogs and 707 cats in need.
As of Dec. 9, the shelter had 82 animals in its care – 61 dogs and 21 cats (in the facility, in foster care for medical reasons, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner).
