Tamara Otto of Schulenburg has received the Catholic Life Insurance All American Scholar Award for 2023.
Otto, the daughter of Stacy and Keith Otto, is a senior at Schulenburg High School. She will attend Texas A&M University this fall.
Atotal of 35 seniors received the $1,000 All American scholarship from Catholic Life.
