St. Rose eighth graders receive Bishop’s Awards at ceremony in Victoria

    Each year, Bishop Brendan Cahill of the Diocese of Victoria gives out awards to eighth graders in the diocese who meet the criteria of a theology test, and Christian behavior in doing service for their schools, parish and community.
