St. Rose of Lima Catholic School third and fourth graders recently visited the Stanzel Model Aircraft Museum in Schulenburg.
Students were excited to learn about the ingenuity of the Stanzel brothers and the history of how they built their model aircraft business. Many activities were enjoyed by all the students, including scavenger hunts, guessing games and practice on a flight simulator.
Students left with a sense of pride regarding the impact and contributions that the Stanzel family has made in their community.
