The 2022 Hugh Hammond Bennett Regional Conservation Planner of the Year Award was presented to Glen Minzenmeyer (right) at the Area 3 Conservation Awards Banquet by Rick Schilling (left), State Area 3 board member on the Association of Texas Soil & Water Conservation Districts.
