In their final tuneup for the 2023 season, the Shorthorns out-scored Yorktown and Bartlett 27-0 at David Husmann Memorial Stadium last Thursday, Aug. 17.
The Wildcats and Bulldogs were held to 144 total yards on 37 plays by Schulenburg’s defense for an average of 3.9 yards per snap. Meanwhile, the Horns racked up 362 yards on 36 plays for a per-play average of 10.1 yards.
