Ordinance amendments approved by the Schulenburg City Council at last week’s meeting revised water, sewer, and garbage rates for 2023-24.
Starting Oct. 1, $1 per month will be added to the current base charges for water and sewer (first 3,000 gallons) as follows:
RESIDENTIAL
• Water – $23 • Sewer – $21
COMMERCIAL
• Water – $26 • Sewer – $28.75
HEAVY INDUSTRIAL
• Water – $22 • Sewer – $52.
