On Friday, Sept. 8, at approximately 11:15 p.m., the subject in the photograph drove his truck into a building at The Texan, causing damage, and drove off without reporting it to anyone. The Texan is located at the southwest corner of the intersection of Highway 77 and the Interstate 10 off ramp....
