New information regarding medical records access is now available as a follow-up to the closure of St. Mark’s Medical Center in La Grange on Oct. 12, 2023.
Patient medical records have been safely transferred to a new custodian, American Medical Solutions Inc. Patients are assured that their medical records will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and care by American Medical Solutions Inc., which will guarantee continued access for patients’ future healthcare needs.
