As of Jan. 12, total intake at the Gardenia E. Janssen Animal Shelter stood at 42 for the year – 18 dogs and 24 cats in need.
As of Jan. 12, the shelter had 76 animals in its care – 40 dogs and 36 cats. This number includes animals in the facility, in foster care for medical reasons, waiting on available space, or awaiting transport to rescue partner.
