The Sticker received a total of nine awards in two “better newspaper” contests sponsored by regional press associations.
Entries came from issues published during 2023. Competing in Division 1 (circulation of 2,500 and below) of the Texas Gulf Coast Press Association, the Sticker was awarded as follows:
