John C. Landa Jr., the “Schulenbirder,” sent six photos on Saturday, July 6 that he said he took over the past two weeks near Schulenburg – barn swallows nesting on his porch, eastern bluebird, Carolina chickadee, red-bellied woodpecker and scissor-tailed flycatchers (two photos).
