The Schulenburg Festival tricycle races and kiddie parade will be held on Saturday, Aug. 3.Both events will take place at Wolters Park under the pavilion on the dance floor.The tricycle races will start at 11 a.m. and will include a division for 2- and 3-year-olds and a division for 4- and 5-year-olds.
