A Katy man was taken into custody for burglarizing a vehicle in the Warda area on Wednesday, Aug. 14, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek.
Sheriff Korenek reports that at approximately 3:57 a.m., Deputy Jason Fowler was dispatched to Highway 77 in the Warda area in reference to a suspicious person banging on the door of a residence.
