The August adventure brought Senior Connections to the Shiner Brewery on Aug. 17 to listen to Darrel Appelt and enjoy some great barbecue. Sr. Connections: gathering place for active seniors
The August baking group prepared goodie boxes for the Helping Heroes – (photo at left, from left) Carl Penland and Craig and April Pierson – for their hard work and dedication to members, and also for Tanya and Joe Schindler of South Central Real Estate who donated 22 chickens and three turkeys (photo at right), which will make a lot of meals for Senior Connections!
