From The Record Rack to Audio-Video Plus, Lebedas set to celebrate 40 years in business
From albums, cassettes, and audio/video equipment in the early days to a full line of household appliances and bedding, along with many other services, Audio-Video Plus has evolved and expanded over the years. In 1988, Chamber of Commerce President Bill Dinger (center) welcomes The Record Rack as a member, presenting owners Bruce and JoAnn Lebeda with a membership packet. As noted in caption for the photo in the Sticker, the store at 527 North Main St. offered records, tapes, compact discs along with audio/video blank tapes and accessories while also renting VHS movies and machines, video cameras, and Nintendo action sets and games.
