A Katy man was arrested after the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office received information about a reckless, possibly intoxicated driver on Interstate 10 at Flatonia on Monday Nov. 11, according to Fayette County Sheriff Keith Korenek. In a pursuit that ensued, a deputy’s vehicle was hit by the suspect, who was eventually arrested near Cistern.
