NVCW donates beef to area schools

    In celebration of National Ag Day, the Navidad Valley Cattle-Women donated frozen ground beef to schools in Fayette, Colorado and Lavaca counties that have culinary or food tech programs at their campuses.Members delivered 100 pounds of hamburger to benefit 392 students at eight area high schools – Columbus, Flatonia, Hallettsville, Moulton, Rice Consolidated, Schulenburg, Shiner and W...
