Flags placed on veterans’ graves in area cemeteries

Schulenburg American Legion Post 143 members, along with members from the Sons of the American Legion and American Legion Riders, placed flags on the graves of veterans at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Cemetery, Schulenburg City Cemetery and Schulenburg Community Cemetery, along with cemeteries in the surrounding area, on Monday, May 19.
