Four new CASA volunteers (also known as Court Appointed SpecialAdvocates) were officially sworn in on Tuesday morning, July 29 at the Bastrop County Courthouse by Benton Eskew, county court at law judge.The new volunteers are Pamela Quarles of Elgin, Scott Davis of La Grange, Becky Herrin of Bastrop and Mary Jo Kilpatrick of Cedar Creek.
