Parents As Teachers of Rural South-Central Texas celebrated Halloween with an enchanting Oz-Mazing Halloween Spooktacular on Friday, Oct. 31 at First United Methodist Church in Weimar. From 5 to 7 p.m., families followed the Yellow Brick Road to an evening filled with wonder, creativity and community connection.
