Texas Secretary of State Jane Nelson reminds Texans that mail ballot applications for the March 3 Primary must be received by early voting clerks on or before Friday, Feb. 20.
“In Texas, not everyone can vote by mail,” said Secretary Nelson. “If you do qualify, mail-in ballots are not automatic. You must request them from your county.”
