Farmers Co-Op Stockholders’ Meeting 

The Schulenburg Farmers Co-op annual stockholders’ meeting will be held on Thursday, March 12 at the Schulenburg KC Hall. A social at 6:30 p.m. and meal at 7 p.m. will be followed by the meeting.

All stockholders who plan to attend were asked to call the co-op office on or before March 10 so that a meal count could be taken.

The business meeting will include the minutes from the previous meeting, CPA financial report, four board members up for re-election and any new business that needs to be presented.

Any member who wishes to pick up a financial statement prior to the meeting can go by the co-op office. No copies will be mailed.

The board of directors urges all stockholders to attend, let their wishes be known and enjoy an evening with members and friends. Each stockholder will receive two gift certificates for attending and door prizes will also be given.

LIONS CLUB

The March meeting of the Schulenburg Lions Club will be held on Tuesday, March 17 at 11:45 a.m. at the .Schulenburg Public Library Speaker will be Ed Grisham from AG-TEC Services.
