In addition to adopting the 2026-27 annual municipal budget, several other agenda items were also approved by the Schulenburg City Council at its regular meeting on Sept. 21.
Unlike the new budget, which was initially voted down but later passed 5-0 after a number of amendments were added, the other items on the agenda were approved on their first proposal.
