FEC taking applications for 2027 Youth Tour to D.C.
2026 Attendees – Gretchen Sacks (left) of Round Top-Carmine High School and Laney Bludau (right) of Hallettsville High School represented Fayette Electric Cooperative during the 2026 Government-in-Action Youth Tour in Washington, D.C. The students joined fellow delegates from across Texas to explore the nation’s capital, learn about government and leadership, and experience a oncein-a-lifetime educational opportunity.
Fayette Electric Cooperative is now accepting applications for its 2027 Government- in-Action Youth Tour contest, giving area high school students the opportunity to earn an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, D.C.
