The Fayette County Commissioners Court proposed a property tax rate of $0.464 per $100 valuation at its regular meeting on Thursday, Aug. 12.
While the proposed rate would be the same as the one enacted in 2019, the County will collect more revenue due to an increase in property appraisals.
