The next meeting of Navidad Valley CattleWomen will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 26 at Cowgirl Provisions in Flatonia, 116 E. South Main. Members will gather at 11:30 a.m. Lunch is Dutch-treat.
The speakers will be Tabithat Carroll and Jim Loos, owners of Cearbhall Mobile Slaughter LLC. Cearbhall, pronounced “Carroll,” is the spelling in ancient Gaelic and the “b” and “h” are silent.
