Linda Sue Kutac Charanza passed away on Wednesday, July 20 in Schulenburg at age 69 years, 19 days. Funeral services were set for Wednesday, July 27 at 10 a.m. at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, followed by interment at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Praha.
Born in Hallettsville on July 1, 1953, she was the daughter of Johnny Kutac and Martha Kahanek Kutac. On June 5, 1971, she married Lee Charanza at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Praha. She worked as a dietary manager.
Survivors include a daughter, Chris Charanza and fiancé Jason Burkes of Schulenburg; two sons, Shane Charanza and wife Allison of Flatonia, and Shannon Charanza and wife Mandy of Schulenburg; two brothers, Dennis Kutac and wife Laurette, and Ernest Kutac and wife Mary Ann, all of Schulenburg; and four grandchildren, Annie, Zachary, Sitara and Brayden.
Preceding her in death were her parents, Johnny and Martha Kutac; and a brother, Johnny Kutac Jr.
Schwenke-Baumgarten Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
