Schulenburg Sharks Swim Team Registration
The Schulenburg Sharks swim team will hold registration on Saturday, April 22 from 9 a.m. to noon also in the SISD new gym.
Youth age 6 to under 18 can participate. Cost is $75 for the first swimmer and $65 for each additional swimmer. Registration received after April 30 will cost an extra $20 per swimmer. Forms should be printed out from www.sburgsharks.com and brought to registration.

St. Michael, Weimar, Spring Festival
The St. Michael Catholic Church Springfest will be held Sunday, April 30 at Veterans Memorial Park in Weimar. A fried chicken/sausage dinner will be served at 11 a.m. for $12 per plate, with drive-thru take-home plates available at St. Michael Family Center.
Music will be provided by the Czechaholics, Chris Rybak and Texas Sundown Band (11 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.). There will also be an auction (1 p.m.), bingo (2-6 p.m.), antique/classic car show, country store, cake walk, treasure chest, kid games (fish pond, train ride, plinko, etc.), bounce house (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and mechanical bull (11 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Hamburgers, cold drinks and snow cones will be available.
