The Fayette County Czech Heritage Society met on Sunday, Feb. 4 in the Hanslik Hall of the Texas Czech Heritage & Cultural Center in La Grange to celebrate its annual soup (polévka) social. An abundance of soups including chicken noodle, tortilla, potato, sauerkraut with sausage, vegetable beef soup and chili were enjoyed.
