The Schulenburg Garden Club gathered for its September meeting on Tuesay, Sept. 1, launching a new year of community engagement, with a seashorethemed luncheon, local honors and planning for upcoming events.
President Bonnie Baker opened the meeting, sharing the thought for the day by Elizabeth Murray: “Gardening is the art that uses flowers and plants as paint and the soil and sky as canvas.”
