Young Farmers
The Schulenburg Young Farmers will hold their monthly meeting Wednesday, Aug. 27 at 7 p.m. at the Schulenburg Expo Center.
Chairman for the meeting will be Mark Vecera and the topic will be the results of the hay show.
GARDEN CLUB
The Schulenburg Garden Club will begin its 2025-26 season at its first meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 2 at First Baptist Church, 110 Upton Ave..
Meetings are held on the first Tuesday of each month, September through May. Each gathering features a luncheon followed by a garden-related program.
The September meeting will feature locally grown potted plants as door prizes.
New members and guests are always welcome to attend and learn more about gardening, landscaping and environmental stewardship in a friendly, community-oriented setting.

Legion & Auxiliary
American Legion McBride Post 143 and Auxiliary will hold their next monthly meetings on Tuesday, Sept. 2 at theAmerican Legion Home in Schulenburg beginning with an ice cream social at 6:30 p.m. All members and prospective members are invited to attend.
