Fayette County Czech Heritage Society
The next Fayette County Czech Heritage Society meeting will be held on Sunday, Sept. 29 at 2 p.m. at the Texas Czech Heritage & Cultural Center’s Hanslik Hall in La Grange.
The guest speaker will be the Polka News editor, Gary McKee, who will speak on the origin of the polka Mass.
Members are asked to please bring a snack to share. New potential members and/or guests are welcome – Vítáme Vás!
AMERICAN Legion & Auxiliary
American Legion McBride Post 143 and Auxiliary will hold their next monthly meetings on Tuesday, Oct. 1 at the American Legion Home in Schulenburg beginning at 6:30 p.m. with an ice cream social.
All members and prospective members are invited to attend.
