Retired Teachers Association
The Fayette County Chapter of the Texas Retired Teachers Association will meet Monday, Feb. 10 at the New Life Methodist Church, 1215 Von Minden Road in La Grange.
Members will plan for the upcoming TRTA Day at the Capitol (Wednesday, March 26).
All retired teachers and school personnel are welcome to attend.
Hermann Sons Life
Hermann Sons Life will meet at Oakridge Restaurant on Wednesday, Feb. 12 at 5:30 p.m. for social time and 6 p.m. for dinner and the meeting.

Fayette County Republican Women
The public is invited to attend the Fayette County Republican Women general meeting on Wednesday, Feb. 19 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Frisch Auf! Valley Country Club, 575 Country Club Drive in La Grange.
Lunch is available for $20. Guest speaker will be Ms. Bonnie Wallace, a conservative activist who has made it her life’s goal to get inappropriate sexual content out of public schools and public libraries. Everyone is invited to come hear about her efforts and learn how to protect children in Fayette County and Texas.
