Charity quilts DONAT ed – Bobbie Elliott (center) represented the Colorado Valley Quilt Guild in giving 10 quilts to Columbus Oaks HealthCare Community, represented by Dawn Raymond (left) and Amy Stancik (right).

Colorado Valley Quilt Guild members were once again ironing, cutting, piecing and constructing quilts for the CVQG’s charity quilts project at a workshop held on Tuesday, May 28 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.Shortly after the guild meeting, which started at 10 a.m., the ladies went to work.Various stations were set up in the meeting hall and within minutes, sewing machines were humming....
