The District 13 Retired Teachers’ Association Fall Conference was held on Thursday, Sept. 21, at the San Marcos Activity Center in San Marcos, with 83 in attendance, including three from Fayette County. They were Karen Fitch, Chris Morrison and Melanie Mica. Fourteen units of retired teachers comprise District 13; all units were represented.
