The Fayette County Retired Teachers Association (FCRTA) has donated 200 books to Parents As Teachers of Rural South Central Texas (PATRSCTX). The mission of PATRSCTX is to teach parents how to interact with their children from pre-natal to age 5, preparing the children for a successful educational experience.
