Senior Connections: bringing the senior citizen community together
The lunch-and-learn program in Schulenburg on Monday, Feb. 23 was presented by Josh Vandever. It was nice to learn about his role and responsibilities as the EMS director and how that reflects on his ability to fulfill the Fayette County judge position for which he is running. He also talked about his role in the Fourth of July flood in the Kerrville area.
Welcome to another exciting week at Senior Connections, the go-to activity center for those age 55 and up. With free membership and delightful meals, Senior Connections is thrilled to serve the community across Schulenburg, Flatonia, Weimar and surrounding areas. Doors swing open at 9 a.m. and stay open until 2 p.m., inviting seniors for a week filled with fun, food, great games and friendship.
