It is safe to say that the New Year is now in full force. At Senior Connections, members are so happy and content to have their little piece of paradise, where the staff and volunteers know their names and how they like their coffee fixed!
Here’s a sample of the comments received on the anonymous feedback forms that are used to gather data periodically – “It is a warm and welcoming place.” “We feel safe here.” “It is so wonderful to be around others and have conversations.” “We love the day trips and really look forward to being taken to other places, since we don’t drive anymore.”
This data allows Senior Connections to improve its programming and to gauge what is working and worth investing resources in. It helps staff and volunteers in planning and it takes into account budgeting as well.
