Anative of Schulenburg, Foglemana brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to her community to her new role.
She holds an undergraduate degree in early childhood development from Kaplan University and has local ties, having attended Blinn in Schulenburg. Her professional background includes serving as a dedicated member of the staff at St. Rose Catholic School in Schulenburg from 2007 until 2022. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Fogleman is a devoted wife, mother and grandmother, embodying a strong sense of family values.
