Jerry Leonard (right) and Bonnie Baker (not shown), Schulenburg Garden Club members, spent hours traveling up and down the streets of Schulenburg to find a beautiful yard for September yard of the month – the weather has been very unkind to flowering plants. Kent and Shirley Ohnheiser at 1302 Kellett Ave. have a lovely yard and Shirley Ohnheiser (left) is an avid gardener. Both the front and side yards have a wide variety of colorful blooming plants.
