HERMANN SONS LIFE LODGE 14 Hermann Sons Life Lodge 14 will meet on Wednesday, Oct. 13 at the Rockin’ W Ranch located two miles north of Schulenburg on Highway 77 at 6 p.m. for dinner and the meeting. The lodge will provide dinners from the lodge’s dance class fundraiser.

American Legion McBride Post 143 and Auxiliary held their monthly meetings on Tuesday, Sept. 7. Commander Bob Heinrich called the meeting to order with 36 Legion and eight Auxiliary members in attendance. Auxiliary chaplain Amy Catlett read the opening prayer.
