The Shorthorns won the team championship with eight regional qualifiers while the Lady Horns’ team finished as the runner-up with three players advancing at the District 28-2A tennis tournament, held last Monday and Tuesday at Green-Dickson Park in Shiner.
The Region IV-2A event is scheduled forApril 20-21 at H-E-B Tennis Center in Corpus Christi. The top two places qualify.
