Heading into their first district game this week, the Lady Horns’ season record stood at 2-9 after five losses in six contests last week.
Following a 48-point setback at Class 4A Bellville on Nov. 28, Schulenburg started pool play in the local tournament with a three-point win over Bartlett on Nov. 30. Later that day, the Lady Horns fell by 51 to Hallettsville.
