With a sweep of Louise last Tuesday, the Lady Horns stayed undefeated in District 27-2A and they improved to 24-12 on the season after a 3-1 non-district win over Class 5A Victoria West on Friday.
Emmrie Marx paced Schulenburg in the two matches with 22 kills. Jessalyn Gipson and Meredith Magliolo followed, each with 17. Keaton Walker served 10 aces, including nine against Louise. Kieryn Adams totaled eight aces to go along with team-leading 49 digs. Walker added 25 digs in the two wins while Avery Helms picked up 20 digs.
