Blood drive slated Aug. 24 at St. Mark’s parking lot

Local Food Pantry serves 142 families during July

The Schulenburg Area Food Pantry served 142 families in July with a total of 438 individuals. The total amount of food given out was 8,949 pounds. Food donated was 3,320 pounds. The volunteer hours were 305. The Pantry is in need of canned vegetables, canned fruit and canned tuna.
