St. Rose kindergartners visit Blue Bell

The St. Rose of Lima Catholic School kindergarten class took a field trip to Blue Bell Creameries in Brenham on Friday, April 19. Students visited the museum and were allowed to watch from the observation deck how the ice cream is put into containers and boxed up. Then they got to enjoy a scoop of their favorite flavor from the parlor.

BGC members enjoy musical chairs

During the Triple Play program last week at the Schulenburg Unit of the Boys & Girls Club, members played musical chairs. Musical chairs is a fun and exciting game for kids (and adults) to play. Not only is the game perfect for energetic kiddos, but it can also help larger groups of any age interact and have fun together.

Hrachovy, Hoffmann take part in pageant in Victoria

Heaven Hrachovy and Kylee Hoffmann traveled to Victoria on Saturday, April 13 to compete in the Crowned Flamingo Pageant held at the Mitchell Event Center in downtown Victoria. Heaven Hrachovy, 16, daughter of Laddie and Bridget Hrachovy of Schulenburg, competed in the Miss Division.
